Halloween in New Mexico

Yes...once again I'm going to try and get caught up!  Sorry the pictures aren't the best...all taken with my phone!
 Halloween 2011
Charlie's grandpa, Robert Mitchell, passed away a few days before Halloween, and his funeral was held on Halloween so we spent Halloween weekend down in Charlie's hometown of Farmington, NM-  All of Charlie's family went down for the weekend, so it was nice to have the whole family together- We also got to spend some time with Charlie's friends-  On Halloween morning, we went to his sweet Grandpa's funeral, which was a beautiful service-  His grandpa was in the navy, so some veteran military men were there to salute Grandpa Mitchell-  He was an incredible grandpa to Charlie and is missed-
That evening, it was time for tricks-or-treats for the kiddos-  I tried to get a few pictures of my kids in their cute costumes, but Gavin was not cooperating-  He refused to wear a costume again this year soo...he was a skeleton again-  hopefully next year, I can get him in a actual costume!  Camryn was a cute little "Bat" and Megan was a beautiful"Fairy"-  They scored on the candy and were all tuckered out by the end of the night so we headed back to the hotel where they all conked out for the night while me and Charlie watched a scary movie-  Happy Halloween!

Before we left for New Mexico, we were able to go to Corn Belly's with my brother, Kevin, and his cute family for some Halloween fun-  We went through the corn maize, the kids went on some kiddie rides, we played a few games, went to the Princess corner for dress up and to play, then had some dinner and called it a night!

Carving our Halloween pumpkins...Charlie always does something awesome with his:)  The girls had a great time carving their pumpkins and digging out the seeds-  And Gavin drew a cute face on his!  We cooked up the yummy seeds and watched some Halloweenie movies...good times with the family!
