Back in July...we took the kids to Hogle Zoo and had a grrreat time! It was a beautiful day to go to the zoo- even though it was little on the hot side- We saw some cute monkeys, giraffes, elephants, alligators, tigers, birds, prairie dogs...and the list goes on! I think the kids liked the elephants and giraffes the best- Some of the other animals were hiding on this hot summer day so it was fun to get a good look at the elephants and giraffes! We rode the carousel a few times, got some nice cold drinks and ice cream, rode the train, and played on the playground- Good times at the Zoo!
They had Dinosaur exhibit going on at the zoo...can you see the mom and baby triceratops?hint: Gavin is looking at the baby:)
