So we don't have a yard with fresh green grass and beautiful flower beds yet...just some nice brown dirt- My kids don't seem to mind much, they are having fun playing in the dirt, especially my little Gavin- Charlie goes out with them and plays- It is seriously too funny to watch them all playing in the dirt, digging for worms and bugs! Fun! while they were outside the other day, Charlie told me to come out and check out Gavin- when I walked out back Gavin was having a blast playing, throwing and eating dirt...nice! Seriously- I can't get him to eat much these days, but no, he'll eat earthy, gritty, nasty dirt- Silly boy! We need to get landscaping-

Too funny! Sara is the same way. She won't want the food I put in front of her but she'll pick something off the floor or even out of the trash can and stick it in her mouth. So gross!
I guess kids like their own "cooking", like mud pies and dirt cookies. Yummy. Maybe that's how they get minerals their growing bodies need. Surely Flintstones vitamins taste way better than mud. The Mitchells are so cute digging in the dirt, even Daddy Mitchell!
