Ahhh...Easter in Utah! We woke up Easter morning to some nice cold weather and...snow! The kids didn't seem to mind, they were having fun checking out their baskets of goods- After they got their baskets, we had a yummy breakfast and enjoyed the morning- In the afternoon, we headed for Grandpa and Grandma Mitchell's house for a delicious Easter lunch- After eating, we all headed to the hospital to be with Charlie's grandpa-

The night before, we had fun decorating some eggs- Our "monster" eggs turned out too cute! toot-toot!

The girls woke up bright and early to see what the Easter bunny left- Love the hair!

My favorite egg- love it!
On Easter Sunday, Charlie's grandfather, Ervin Goodman, passed away peacefully-he was surrounded by family and was able to say goodbye to his loved ones-
Ervin was an intelligent, honest, loving man and will be missed-
The next weekend we traveled down to Farmington, NM for the funeral- Ervin was honored with the 21 gun salute for serving in the military during World War II- It was so incredible to be there and honor him with all his family and friends-

Your "Littles" are getting so big! Sure do miss 'em. Looks like you all had loads of fun even tho you had a white Easter.
Sorry to hear of Charlie's grandpa's passing. What a blessing it is to know that families can be FOREVER. Love you bunches, Mom
